MOTIVATION_
i love this part/topic and I would like to share on how to increase or decrease our motivation
Firstly, motivation-process of arousal within an organism that helps direct and sustain behavior.
so what drive our motivation? Here we go:
- need
- goal
- learning strength
- self-efficiency
- goal setting
- energization
- performance (current to other stage)
- achievement (current to other stage )
- Intrinsic motive - motive lying within an individual involving the individual's interest and enjoyment task.
- Extrinsic motive - motive lying outside an individual involving the involve the rewards.
Therefore, value yourself and asking are they/we walked with the talk
or just another
