MOTIVATION

Sport Psychology was been taught by Pn.Khairiah Khalid Yunus for 1st semester part 1 students, which I was a part of it 10 years ago.

MOTIVATION_
i love this part/topic and I would like to share on how to increase or decrease our motivation

Firstly, motivation-process of arousal within an organism that helps direct and sustain behavior.

so what drive our motivation? Here we go:

  1. need
  2. goal
  3. learning strength
THEN more specific approaches are need through:

  1. self-efficiency
  2. goal setting
  3. energization
  4. performance (current to other stage)
  5. achievement (current to other stage )
and last but not least MOTIVE to get MOTIVATION

  1. Intrinsic motive - motive lying within an individual involving the individual's interest and enjoyment task.
  2. Extrinsic motive - motive lying outside an individual involving the involve the rewards.

Therefore, value yourself and asking are they/we walked with the talk
or just another
Day Dreaming person??????
